How it Works

1. Choose Whole or Half
Choose between ordering a whole or half cow (or go in on it with a friend!).
$6/lb of hanging weight
Half a cow hanging weight ranges from 320 - 370 lbs
Take home meat ranges from 270 - 320 lbs -
2. Choose Grain or Grass-finished
Grass-finished cows are strictly on our chemical-free pasture for 100% of their life. We use rotational grazing practices to ensure they’re as healthy as possible.
The only difference with grain-finished cows is they’re fed with an extra boost of organic proteins and minerals to enhance their flavor during the last 3 months of their life.

4. Stock Your Freezer
Once your cow is ready, a butcher date will be set and you can expect your order to be ready within about 2 weeks.
