Do you deliver and to what locations?

We offer several pick-up options in the 417 area:

Springfield:
Thursdays at 10:30 am or 3:30 pm: Seminole Baptist

OR

Pickup by appointment in Springfield, Mountain Grove, Ava, Seymour and Mansfield (Rebekah will be in touch with you to schedule pickup in these locations.)

Or you are always welcome to schedule a pickup directly from our farm and get a first-hand view of our operations!

Are you organic?

We are not organically certified; however, we do not use any pesticides or herbicides on our fields. We feed only non-gmo/certified feed to our animals.

How much meat comes from a whole cow?

A whole cow varies in size, but you're looking at a range of 720 - 780 lbs of beef (hanging weight.) See the picture below for the packages of meat you’d get from a whole cow.
