How to Make Korean Beef BBQ

 Korean Beef BBQ 

An easy and delicious crock pot meal for any day of the week. 

Ingredients: 

- 2 lbs Ground beef or sirloin tip steak cut in strips. 

- 1 cup Coconut amino’s 

- 1 cup beef broth 

- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 

- 1/3 cup honey or brown sugar 

- 1 teaspoons black pepper 

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil 

- 5 cloves of garlic 

- 1 tablespoon minced ginger 

- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced 

- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 

- 2 – 3 green onions: optional to garnish 

- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds: optional to garnish. 

Directions: 

1. Arrange your beef in the bottom of a slow cooker. Sprinkle thinly sliced onions. 

2. Mix together amino’s, beef broth, rice vinegar, honey, black pepper, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes. Pour over the beef and onions. 

3. Cover and cook in slow cooker on low heat 6 – 8 hours or on high for 3 – 4 hours. 

4. Serve over rice or cauliflower rice, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
